Need help with Boda? Email support@kreydlabs.com. Include your app version, device and operating system, what happened and what you expected. For a language issue, include the clip title and Korean word. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or API keys.

Availability and younger learners

Boda is being developed for iPhone and Android. This website offers local learning examples; it does not register accounts, collect waitlist signups or sell subscriptions. Demo saves and review answers reset when you reload or close the page. “Play demo” loads YouTube; “Turn off video and reset demo” reloads the page without it. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian for permission before using YouTube.

Our intended app audience is ages 13 and above worldwide. The app does not currently verify age, identity or parental permission. Public enrolment is still being prepared. If you are a child, ask a parent or guardian to contact us rather than sending personal details. Parents and guardians can ask about a child’s information or request deletion at support@kreydlabs.com.

Account access and deletion

Use the app’s hosted sign-in and recovery options. We will not ask for your password or verification code by email.

To request deletion, use Profile → Settings → Manage account → Delete my account. Access stops when the request is accepted. Cleanup is designed to continue on the server, but provider failures may require support help and production completion is still being verified. If you cannot sign in, email support@kreydlabs.com. We verify identity or guardian authority before acting. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Subscriptions and refunds

No subscription is sold on this website. If you already have an Apple or Google subscription, use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings to manage renewal. Deleting Boda or your account does not cancel a subscription. Use Apple’s refund service or Google Play’s refund guidance for refund requests. Contact us if you need help finding the right route.

Content, privacy and other concerns

For an incorrect explanation, unavailable clip, inappropriate content, privacy request or copyright concern, email support@kreydlabs.com with enough information to locate the issue. Do not include private information about another learner. We do not promise a fixed response time; requests with statutory deadlines are handled within the applicable legal timeframe.
